The YBDJ1121 Rock Plate Beveling Machine (or alternatively, the YBDJ15-20 Rock Plate Beveling Machine) is an essential processing equipment for rock plate manufacturers. This machine is primarily used to create 43°–44° bevels required for seamless rock plate joints.
Function Description
The machining process of this machine involves the following steps: First, use a saw blade to cut and chamfer the edges, leaving a margin of approximately 1 mm. Next, grind the chamfered area with a diamond wheel until a remaining margin of about 0.3 mm is achieved, followed by grinding the edges with a resin wheel to achieve a sharp tip. The machining is then complete.
