Product Introduction

A high-throughput horizontal washer designed for flat glass up to 2500mm in width. High-density nylon brushes and multiple spray bars remove dust, oil, and residue, followed by hot-air drying for streak-free results. Variable speed control allows integration with edging or cutting lines. The cantilevered roller design simplifies maintenance and prevents water pooling. Ideal for glass processors requiring consistent cleanliness before coating, laminating, or packaging.

Product Features

• The cleaning machine adopts a horizontal structure and is widely used for cleaning and drying plate-type materials.

• The transmission speed adopts frequency control with numeric display and gear drive, making it more stable.

• The main parts consist of feeding, cleaning, air drying, and discharging sections. The cleaning and air drying parts are entirely up and down, reaching up to 3500mm for easier maintenance.

• The feeding end is equipped with a stainless steel aqueduct and high-pressure water spray. The cots can be cleaned automatically. High-pressure spray water on the glass surface improves the cleaning effect.

• The cleaning part has three sets of brushes with upper and lower independent belt drives, used for cleaning LOW-E glass, ordinary coating, sunshine coating, and solar glass.

• Air drying adopts a high-pressure fan with two groups of high-efficiency wind blades, greatly improving work efficiency.
