Guided by the service philosophy of “Excellent Quality, Professional Service,” we have established a comprehensive after-sales service system to ensure reliable support before, during, and after sales, maximizing customer satisfaction and long-term value.
1.Provide professional equipment and process consultations, including suitable machine models, workshop layout suggestions, and installation requirements for customer reference and selection.
2.Carry out equipment installation, commissioning, and acceptance according to project plans, and optimize process parameters based on technical requirements.
3.Provide lifetime technical support and consultation services for all equipment.
4.Offer technical upgrades and modification support after long-term equipment operation to ensure machines maintain optimal performance.


1.Provide detailed technical guidance, including equipment manuals, operation instructions, troubleshooting solutions, processing methods, and routine maintenance parameters.
2.Offer both pre-sales and after-sales theoretical and practical training to help operators use the equipment independently and efficiently.
3.Promptly assist customers in solving technical and maintenance issues encountered during production.
1.Establish a dedicated customer service hotline for inquiries, technical support, and service requests at any time.
2.Respond to customer service requests and complaints within 12 hours and continuously follow up on service progress.
3.Conduct regular follow-up calls and customer return visits to understand equipment performance and customer satisfaction.


We maintain dedicated spare parts warehouses to provide fast and efficient spare parts support. Spare parts are supplied long-term to ensure stable equipment operation. During the warranty period, spare parts damaged under normal operating conditions will be provided free of charge, excluding consumable parts and damage caused by improper operation.
We establish complete and confidential customer files, including contact information, equipment technical data, installation and maintenance records, spare parts information, and service history. Dedicated personnel are assigned to manage and update all customer records.


1.During the warranty period, if machine components fail due to non-human factors, replacement parts and maintenance services will be provided free of charge (excluding consumable parts). For failures caused by improper operation or human factors, only material costs will be charged, while labor and travel expenses will be waived.
2.After the warranty period, maintenance services will be provided with reasonable charges for replacement parts, labor, and on-site service expenses.
