The workpiece to be cut is transferred to the working area of the cutting machine manually or by the front equipment, where positioning is provided.
Start the equipment (touch screen operation), carry out no-load operation of the equipment, and start production after confirming that all parts of the equipment are in good working condition.
The X-Y axis of the walking part moves in a two-way straight line. The X-axis servo motor drives the beam to cut at a uniform, slow speed, and then quickly returns to the original position after cutting. The working principle of the Y-axis is the same as that of the X-axis.
The X-Y cross beam of the cutting part is equipped with a cutting knife box, which can adjust the position spacing at will (manually adjusted, equipped with a scale, or customized digital display) to enable cutting of different sizes of glass.
The above actions are controlled by a PLC. The touch screen can display parameters such as speed and processing frequency.
After cutting is completed, manually assist with air flotation to move to the slicing table, and manually split the pieces (a top bar can be added to help break the pieces).
