A compact grinding machine designed for processing curved and irregular glass edges. The machine utilizes a copying wheel system to trace the shape of the workpiece, enabling the grinding wheel to accurately follow the contour without complex programming. It can process straight edges, curves, corners, and free-form profiles while maintaining consistent edge quality. Easy to operate and quick to set up, the JH-VC1322 is ideal for small and medium-sized workshops producing decorative glass, mirrors, furniture glass, and display panels that require shaped edge finishing.
Product Features
This machine is designed for grinding and polishing circular, elliptical, and irregular glass edges, as well as pencil edges, duckbill edges, and beveled edges.
The machine adopts a vacuum suction system to securely hold the glass during processing. The motor drives the rotary table, while an independent satellite turntable can also be mounted on the separate drive plate. The rotation speed of the turntable can be adjusted continuously during operation.
The machine can also perform semi-automatic cutting of simple shaped glass using a pneumatic cylinder system. During edge grinding, three grinding wheels can be installed for rough grinding, fine grinding, and polishing.
For bevel edge processing, a cup grinding wheel can be installed. The grinding head can be tilted backward to adjust the bevel angle, allowing precise bevel grinding and finishing.
