Product Introduction
This L-shaped production line is designed for straight and double-edge grinding of sintered stone. The line adopts an advanced CNC intelligent control system and consists of two double-edge grinding machines and an L-shaped transfer table.
It can process sintered stone with thicknesses ranging from 3 to 25 mm, grinding all four edges and performing upper and lower chamfering. The entire process, from coarse grinding and fine grinding to polishing, is completed in a single continuous operation.
The line offers a high-gloss polished finish, high production efficiency, reduced labor requirements, and a compact footprint. It is ideal for processing sintered stone used in cabinet doors and countertops in large-scale manufacturing facilities. In addition, the production line can be customized into different straight-line configurations to suit various site layouts and production requirements.
