Product Introduction
A continuous processing line that grinds all four edges of rectangular glass in a single pass. Eliminates multiple handling and repositioning, delivering consistent edge quality with significantly higher throughput than standalone machines.
The system integrates edge grinding units, transmission belts, and an optional loading/unloading system into one streamlined flow. Each side is processed simultaneously or sequentially with precise alignment, ensuring uniform edge finish across the entire workpiece.
Available in multiple sizes to accommodate different production volumes and glass dimensions. Suitable for high-volume applications such as furniture glass, architectural glass, and shower door manufacturing where speed and consistency are essential.
Product Features
Application Range: Suitable for rough grinding of insulating glass, architectural glass, and furniture glass.
Main Functions: Four-side edge grinding and chamfering, with an optional Low-E coating removal function.
Automatic Recognition: Automatic identification of glass size for continuous processing of large and small glass panels.
Low Energy Consumption: Power consumption is only 6 kW, approximately 3–4 times lower than that of a conventional double-edging machine.
Compact Footprint: Requires only 7 m × 4.5 m of floor space, helping maximize workshop efficiency.
