Two chamfering heads work simultaneously on opposite edges of a slab, cutting processing time in half while maintaining symmetrical edge quality from end to end. The independently adjustable heads accommodate different bevel widths and angles, allowing quick changeovers between product specifications. A simple conveyor feed system keeps operation straightforward, making the machine ideal for high-volume production of stone or glass tiles, countertop strips, and panel edges where both sides require identical chamfering.

The pneumatic double-head chamfering machine is an advanced model developed from the single-head chamfering machine. Through CNC programming and pneumatic control, the machine can perform rough grinding and polishing automatically. The radius (R) can be adjusted from 1 to 50 mm. It is widely used in the fabrication of stone furniture, kitchen countertops, vanity tops, coffee tables, and decorative stone panels.
